It all begins in the kitchen’s garden & the local market, so that you can have a true experience of the authentic Greek cuisine, prepared with lots of love and care. Chef Mama Margarita & her daughter Stella manage the kitchen, and together, along with their talented personnel, they cook a variety of traditional Greek dishes combined with modern recipes, accompanied with local wine or souma. This is the place where you can taste authentic Paros recipes, ranging from tasty appetizers to delicious deserts.
